Angola ARCCLA Certificate
In accordance with the legislative provision No. 19/94 published by the Angolan government on 28.01.1994, it is mandatory to obtain a loading document per bill of lading for cargoes arriving by sea. With the coordination of the authorized agency and the relevant institution CNCA, a certificate with a serial number is prepared for each shipment.

ARCCLA (CNCA) Certificate is a mandatory certificate to be obtained for each bill of lading. It is mandatory regardless of whether the shipment is partial or full (LCL or FCL).
